New PhD studentships in Particle Physics. 

The new FP7 Marie Curie ITN (Initial Training Network) "Invisibles",  www.invisibles.eu , is offering  three-year positions designed to obtain a PhD. These are very prestigious EU positions.

The thesis subjects of "Invisibles" are on Neutrinos, Dark Matter Physics and/or Beyond the SM physics.

  The gross salary is 38000 euros/year plus an additional mobility allowance  of at least 700 euros/month, plus substantial funds for travel.

 Eight positions are offered now, to start the PhD during 2012, with five possible countries as destination: France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and UK. Some co-tutorships involving two countries could be implemented as well.

These positions will start being allocated at any moment after the next two weeks.  It is then urgent to inform now the network about interested candidates.Notice that, depending on the country of destination, it may NOT be necessary to have completed a master degree by the end of this academic course. The regulations of some countries allow to offer these positions even to candidates having just completed 4 years of undergraduate studies.

پی نوشت دوم: ماده ی تاریک و فیزیک نوترینو دو شاخه ای هستند که  پنجره ای به سوی ناشناخته های فیزیک گشوده اند. مسئله ی باز در آنها زیاد هست. این به معنای آن است که جای کار پژوهشی در آن بسیار است. آزمایش های متعددی در این زمینه در حال داده گیری و یا ساخت هستند و این یعنی افقی روشن برای پژوهش در این زمینه ها. در این مراکز بهترین آموزش را از فیزیکپیشگان درجه یک فعال می توانیدببینید. این فرصت از دست دادنی نیست! من اگر دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد بودم چنین فرصتی را از دست نمی دادم.
